Pain is such “a pain in the bum” for sure.

Especially, when it comes to Chronic Pain.

My patients (with chronic pain) often tell me that at one point in their lives, they had decided to just live with it. They have been on multiple pain meds and tried different alternatives and such, yet no relief in their struggles.

And we soon realize that “healthy” isn’t “healthy.”

One patient told me that his every meal includes veggies. After a few sessions of hands-on treatment and weekly check-ins, I learned that all his veggies were out of a can…

No… not ideal.
